Chesapeake regional expands its medical group

For the first time in its history, Chesapeake Regional Medical Center has established a medical practice of physicians who practice exclusively for its patients.

The organization decided to develop its own practice to attract hard-to-find specialists to the Chesapeake area and to assist physicians with the administrative duties of running a medical practice.

Chesapeake Regional Medical Group

The Chesapeake Regional Medical Group is comprised of primary care physicians and specialists who solely work for the patients at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. The physicians are located in several office locations.

Currently, the medical practice consists of physicians in neurosurgery, neurology, breast surgery, family medicine, infectious disease, bariatric surgery and primary care.
