| Wynn Dixon is Chesapeake Regional’s new interim CEO |

Wynn Dixon, longtime vice president of operations, has been named Chesapeake Regional Medical Center's interim CEO by the Chesapeake Hospital Authority.
Dixon assumes the position after the resignation of Christopher Mosley Jan. 6. A native of Nashville, Tenn., Dixon has been with the organization 15 years. He has almost 25 years experience in the healthcare industry and more than 35 years experience in human resources. The new interim CEO earned s a master's of business administration from The Massey School at Belmont University in Nashville, and a bachelor's degree from David Lipscomb University, also in Nashville. Dixon is a longtime active member of Hampton Roads' community organizations. He is a past president and assistant district governor for District 7600 of the Rotary Club, and has served on the board of directors of Chesapeake Service Systems, Shared Hospital Services and the Virginia Health Care Waste Management Cooperative. He also serves as the treasurer of the Chesapeake Arboretum board. A resident of Chesapeake, he and his wife, Cheryl, have three grown daughters.
