Drs. Ivy Savoy-Whitfield and Nathan Riles are family physicains practicing with Faith Wellspring Family Medical Center, an affiliate of the Chesapeake Regional Medical Group.
Family physicians are skilled in comprehensive medical care with particular emphasis on the family unit from infancy through geriatrics.
Dr. Ivy Savoy-Whitfield
Dr. Savoy-Whitfield completed her medical degree and residency at Howard University in Washington, D.C. Savoy-Whitfield has worked with Eastern Virginia Medical School and Suffolk Community Health Center and has been a member of the Hampton Roads community for 16 years.
Dr. Savoy-Whitfield is an active member of the local and medical community and has special interest in treating hypertension in African Americans and caring for HIV-positive patients.
Faith Wellspring accepts most insurances.
Dr. Nathan Riles
Dr. Riles Completed medical school at the State University of New York Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. He Completed an internship and residency in Utica, N.Y., at St. Elizabeth Hospital.
Dr. Riles has been a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians since 1994. Riles has been practicing medicine in Hampton Roads since 1990. He started the Wellspring Family Medical Center in 1998. Riles is certified in laser treatments by Cynosure and is accomplished in laser physics, laser safety and optics. His practice offers laser hair removal, vein treatment and age spot treatment.
