Neuroradiology, a subspecialty of radiology, focuses on diagnosing abnormalities of the nervous system, spine, head and neck, obtained via X-ray, MRI, CT and angiography.

Technology, training and teamwork
Neuroradiology at Chesapeake Regional brings together technologically advanced imaging equipment with board-certified and fellowship-trained neuroradiologists, ensuring patients the most accurate diagnosis possible.
In addition to having access to the best imaging equipment available, neuroradiologists Srinesh Alle and Salvador Trinidad work side-by-side with the hospital's neurosurgeons, neurologists and ear, nose and throat physicians. This team approach to patient care ensures more precise diagnosis and treatment of diseases and disorders of the head, neck and spinal cord.
Having neuroradiologists on staff is very beneficial to patient care in that it allows for better diagnosis and treatment of neurological conditions through imaging modalities..
Dr. Trinidad completed his radiology residency at the University of Illinois and his neuroradiology fellowship at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
He is fellowship-trained in musculoskeletal and breast radiology at Proscan Radiology in Cincinnati.
Dr. Alle attended medical school at Drexel University and completed his residency at the Oshner Clinic in New Orleans. He completed a fellowship in neuroradiology at Baylor College of Medicine/MD Anderson Cancer Center and at Texas Children's Hospital.
