At Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, we are equipped with the highest-strength MRI, the most advanced CT-scan, angiography, microscopes, and image-guided navigation systems and the latest model of the Cavitron (CUSA).
In fact, we were the first civilian hospital in Hampton Roads to use the Stealth Station computer navigation system, a powerful tool that uses an advanced computer and infrared optics to make neurosurgical procedures safer and more precise than ever. Our new dedicated neuro-intensive care unit is equipped with the latest monitoring devices and experienced registered nurses.

Our designated neurosurgical operating room team consists of two nurses, a surgical assistant, an operating room technician and anesthesiologists.
