Chesapeake Health names fund development director

Sept. 28, 2004 — Connie L. Hedrick is the new Chesapeake Health director of Fund Development.

Hedrick previously served as executive director of Bon Secours DePaul Health Foundation in Norfolk. Before that, she served as chapter president and director of chapter services for the Central Virginia chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Hedrick, who resides in Virginia Beach, has a master's degree in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a bachelor's in psychology from Radford University.

She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, The Association of Healthcare Philanthropy and the Susan G. Komen Foundation's Race for the Cure committee.

Hedrick is married and has one daughter.
